Victoria before the mark: dark hair, ordinary ears, the look of someone who doesn't know yet.

PHANTASK — hack and slash for PC

She didn't choose the mark. They decided for her what to do with it.

Gameplay

Brutal hack & slash.
Made by people who got beat up by the classics.

Thirteen seconds

Nobody agrees on what they saw.
Everybody saw the same thing.

Every city has its own version of the night the sky cracked open.

The priest

Called it Punishment — God sorting out who deserved to stay.

The general

Swore it was a weapon. And of course, never his own country's.

The scientist

Went with anomaly rather than admit she had no explanation at all.

The friend of a friend

Swears he saw light coming out of the ground before he saw anything coming out of the sky.

The group chat

Swears they've got screenshots — and never shows them.

Thirteen seconds was enough to turn the page on everything. Too little to leave proof of anything.

The world tried to give what happened a name. Tried again. Gave up, and settled on just calling it the Fracture — because a crack, at least, is a shape everyone recognizes, even without knowing the cause.

It's still there, if you know how to look: in the neighbor who won't talk about it, in the empty chair nobody sits in anymore, in the way the world learned not to ask too many questions.

The question was never what opened the sky.
It was what stood on the other side, looking back.

The story

Seven years after
the Fracture.

The protagonist

The last night
she was just Victoria.

No résumé was worth anything after the Fracture. No adult to call. No plan B.

What she had was a phone with a cracked screen and an app that pays per job — no questions, no interview, nobody checking whether the mark on her ears bothers whoever's hiring. Just the job, done.

That became the job. That became her life.

Not because she's a hero.
Because rent is due on the 10th.

The other one

The best grades.
The best last name.
Never needed luck.

Born with everything that opens doors before you even knock — the name, the money, a family that always knew exactly which school, which teacher, which path. She could have been just that. She wasn't.

She got into the best magic academy in the city and became one of the strongest ever to come out of it — not because someone opened the door, but because once she was inside, nobody argued about why she was there anymore.

White and gold armor. A mask that glows before every strike. The discipline of someone who trained from early on so she'd never have to improvise.

Claire never had to prove she deserved to be there. She had to prove she was the best anyway — and she did.

Two streets. The same city.
Only one of them got lucky enough
to be born on the right side of the Fracture.

Claire in her mask and Vick side by side, a blue flame burning between them.
Vick with black wings in an abandoned warehouse, cut through by beams of light.
Claire in white and gold armor, sword in hand, in a ruined marble hall.
A figure in a white mask with dishevelled hair, seen from behind, in a dark corridor.
Claire face-down on wet asphalt, her armor cracked, in the rain.
Vick leaning against a row of washing machines, alone in the laundromat at night.
Vick crouched on rubble; behind her, a huge pale creature closes in.
Vick head down, soaked, surrounded by tin-headed enemies.
A stone colossus lifts Vick by the arm over a city in ruins.
Vick climbing through a neon alley while the white-masked figure comes after her.
Claire in close-up, white and gold mask.
Vick looking over her shoulder in the middle of a crowd of hoods.

Combat

Hack & slash,
no apologies.

  • 01

    Combos, cancels, dodges

Every hit she lands today, she took a beating to learn.

No school, no manual, no second chances.

  • 02

    Transformations

The stronger she gets, the less it's her in control.

    Every power takes something back.

  • 03

Bosses who used to be people

No boss was born a monster.

Each one was once someone like her — except nobody got there in time.

  • 04

    Flames of Darkness

The fire she carries isn't entirely hers.

The more she feels, the more dangerous it gets.

  • 05

    Melee combat

She doesn't back down because she never had anywhere to back down to.

The brutality of someone who learned that stopping costs more than going on.

  • 06

    Skill progression

Every scar became a new skill.

She doesn't level up by getting power for free — she levels up by surviving long enough to learn something.

  • 07

    Soundtrack

    An original orchestral score.

Written for the game, recorded for the game.

Who's making it

LIFT Studios

LIFT builds real-time 3D innovation projects for big companies. We learned to deliver to the standard they demand — deadlines, scale and polish.

And trained teams and built production pipelines inside Rede Globo, SBT, ESPN and RecordTV — Brazil's major TV networks.

The LIFT Studios team gathered inside the chroma studio, between lights and tracking markers, one of them holding the clapperboard.
The team, inside the tool.

The industry decided you couldn't handle it.
We disagree.
